Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2 for the Nintendo 64 is a 3D third-person shooter released in 2000 that continues the plastic-warfare saga between the Green and Tan armies. 

Story & Setting

Picking up directly after the first game, the story follows Sarge and Vikki as they attempt to stop the evil General Plastro. Plastro has teamed up with a treacherous Blue spy named Brigitte Bleu, who has developed a serum to reverse "plastrification" (a state where army men become frozen toys) to rebuild his forces. 

• Dual Worlds: The game shifts between the "Plastic World" and the "Real World," where you are the size of an actual toy soldier.
• Oversized Environments: Missions take place in creative, large-scale household locations such as:
• Kitchens (including climbing inside a refrigerator)
• Dining room tables and desktops
• Pinball machines and bedrooms 

Gameplay Features

• Playable Characters: For the first time in the series, you can play as both Sarge and Vikki in different campaign missions.
• Mission Variety: The campaign includes 16–17 missions ranging from search-and-destroy to rescue operations and defending specific areas.
• Arsenal: You have access to various toy-inspired weaponry, including:
• M-16s and .50-caliber machine guns
• Flamethrowers, shotguns, and rocket launchers
• New additions like the Air Strike power-up
• Multiplayer: Supports up to four players in split-screen battle arenas like a graveyard or computer desktop.
• Performance: The N64 version features interactive effects (like breakable bottles) and improved controls over the original, including a new 180-degree turn mechanic to help with camera issues.
